If problems are not corrected by the 22nd of the month send them a second notice stating that the problems have not been corrected and that you intend on putting their monthly rent into escrow at the local courthouse. I speak from experience and this does work. Once the money is put into escrow then great atlantic has to prove to the court that the problems have been corrected.

Also it helps to have a written log of when and who you talked to about your problems and pictures to show to the court. This does work very well. If enough people/tenants get together then a message will be conveyed. Also if you have things like rodents you can request in the letter to be placed in another apartment or hotel until the problem is corrected at the expense of the great atlantic.
