On Monet Dr. 23453, Landstown Lake, several neighbors have witnessed a teenager acting suspicious on numerous occasions. He is described as over six feet tall, skinny with black curly hair and a “long” face. He has been witnessed looking in cars, and house windows. His activity has been witnessed from Holland on Monet Dr. to Monet Dr. and Damn Neck. He has also been observed on Bloomfield Drive. The suspect was kicked out of Landstown High School so this activity may also happen during school hours as well as at night since he lacks supervision. Additionally, both father and son associate with an ex felon convict who continues the break the law. In addition to trespassing, he is a suspected of peeping through windows at night.
The suspect has already been caught entering and stealing property and putting items on other’s property. This includes stolen items, toilet paper and garbage in general. The suspect has been observed shooting rocks at ducks and a house with a sling shot. Also, this individual is a suspect in throwing eggs at vehicles, rocks on other’s property, car vandalism & opening mail boxes in addition to putting items inside mailboxes. He prefers to hang out with younger children and his father is an E-9 in the Navy who works at NAS Oceana and appears to support some types of behavior such as trespassing. His breakfast of choice since middle school is coke and candies.
His usual cycle is to run away from home, return, break the law or create an incident where the police visit his home and then run away again. On his last return he appeared unkempt. If you see this individual acting suspicious please contact the police – they are aware of his activities and lack supervision.
