Asphalt Roads and Material Co Blocking Traffic

At approximately 7:33 A.M. Friday Oct 2008, a truck from Asphalt Roads & Material Co. was parked in the middle of the road near the front of Landstown Middle School blocking traffic.

After a short while, another truck came from the opposite direction stopped at the truck in the other lane and passed a magazine. The truck then continued.

When the first truck got near Sentara Hospital, away from the intersection, he stopped his truck in the middle of the road and stared at the parent who was waiting behind him near the school in an attempt to intimidate the parent. He then continued on to the intersection. He was wearing a blue pullover older and is described as sagging face, older, dark complexion.

Should anyone have any encounters with employees of Asphalt Roads & Material Co. they should contact the police. Try to get a license plate but do not engage these drivers.
