Dear Mr. William De Thomas:

Please accept my apology in having to address a complaint to you and to your corporate office. I made a verbal complaint to Neftali who took the work order and after an hour had passed no one had started to work on my automobile. It was up on the hydraulic rack and there were employees every where looking as if they were on a holiday. I was told that the person was on a break! I stood watching when he started working on my car at 4:15 PM and it was signed in at 3:01PM. The work order stated that the job was completed at 6:12 PM when I paid for it. The job was actually completed at 5:20 PM; which is not exactly two hours! I saw your employees fooling around and the individual who was working on my car was everywhere but focusing on finishing my car repair. I asked to have the old parts returned to me and they neglected to do so.

This is to inform you that I was recommended to have the bushings replaced and when I asked for a quote Mr. Neftali informed me that they didn’t have the parts but made no effort to check as to a price quote.

Perhaps, that’s the manner in which your employees are instructed to provide customer service but I can’t imagine it being profitable or amendable.

I am without a doubt surprised and find it so grievous to have been treated in such a manner.

Respectfully,

Myrta Rivera
